Baby changing facilities can be found on the First Floor and Ground Floor of Surrey Quays. There is seating in the baby changing facilities for nursing. There are no bottle warming facilities at Surrey Quays.
Our car parks are open and accessible throughout the centre opening hours. We have 650 free* parking spaces available including disabled spaces and bays for parents with toddlers.
*for up to 3 hours; No return within 2 hours Any vehicle on site over the 3 hour maximum stay period will be liable to a parking charge as displayed on the signage on site.There are no marked bays in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre. There are however bays in the Leisure area.

We’d love for you to get involved with our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages but we also need to make sure these are safe, friendly and respectful places so we have a few guidelines to make sure this happens:
1. No hate speech or bullying: we want to make sure everyone feels safe and bullying of any kind isn’t allowed. Any user posting abusive, offensive, racist, discriminatory, sexually explicit or indecent, or other comments that could cause harm towards others, will have their posts removed from our channels. If further posts are made, users will be banned and blocked from our channels.
2. Be kind and courteous. We want to create a welcoming environment on our social media platforms so let’s treat everyone with respect. Any posts that contain threatening, swearing, intimidating or violent language or an incitement to violence or disturbance will be removed. Your profile may also be shared with centre security and/or law enforcement.
3. No promotions or spam. Any unauthorised promotions for third party products or services or infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, and/or publicity rights aren’t allowed and will be removed from the Page.
4. Speak the truth: We want to hear about your honest experience at Surrey Quays but please avoid any false, fraudulent or misleading claims that may damage the reputation of the centre and/or the people who work here.
Our social channels encourage our community of shoppers and visitors at Surrey Quays to openly discuss experiences in, or directly surrounding, the centre but it should be noted that unless the post has come from our official account, posts and comments do not represent the views of Surrey Quays.
Our social media channels are monitored daily during regular working hours (9.00am -5.30pm) and we will respond to any direct messages as soon as possible. Out of hours and weekend monitoring covers critical and emergency situations but we will always respond as soon as possible to any enquiries.

Surrey Quays Shopping Centre welcomes all visitors and understands that for those with autism spectrum condition ( ASC ) sensory or additional needs, visiting a busy shopping centre can be a frightening experience.
Our aim is to make the shopping experience as enjoyable as possible for everyone; with that aim, our staff have received training to enable them to better assist autistic visitors, a sensory guide has been created on our website to help plan visits, a quiet shopping time is offered every Sunday, there is a quiet room and autism awareness cards available for visitors to collect from the Centre Management Office. The centre welcomes all feedback on its services and facilities and will continue to strive to improve the visitor experience further.

London Bus services to the centre include: 1, 47, 188, 199, 225, 381, C10 and P12.
You can catch overground trains from Dalston Junction and West Croydon directly to Surrey Quays station.
You can also take the Jubilee line to Canada Water station, which is situated on the edge of our car park. Journey times are 3 minutes from Canary Wharf, 10 minutes from Whitechapel and 15 minutes from Stratford.
Surrey Quays is located a quarter of a mile from the southern exit of the Rotherhithe tunnel, 2 miles from Tower Bridge. Enter SE16 7LL into your SatNav device.
Unfortunately there is no specific bike route to get to Surrey Quays.
